What am I buying?
A software license for an independently developed product from Neighshop Global. You are not buying a subscription to someone else's marketplace, and the product is not an official version of any other brand.
Why does the store say pricing soon?
Prices are not published until they are confirmed. The buy button stays closed so you are never charged a placeholder amount. When a price is live, it shows on the product card and the product page.
Are the banners real screenshots?
No. Banners are concept artwork for the listing. A feature marked planned is a proposed scope, not a promise that it already ships.
What is included, and what is extra?
The product page lists the licensed application and documentation, and it lists what you arrange yourself: hosting, domains, and third-party accounts such as maps, messaging, or payments.
How do I get the files after I pay?
Use order lookup with the order ID from your confirmation. Downloads appear there when the order is fulfilled.
Can you customize it?
Yes, as a separate conversation. Contact the team with the product and what you want changed. White-label and resale rights are confirmed on the order, not assumed.
